Wholesale Sales Manager – Building Material
NADIA is exclusively working with the global ‘giant’ window blinds and coverings manufacturing company who are looking for aWholesale Sales Managerto be based in their regional office in Dubai and handle UAE / GCC / ME markets.
This is a great opportunity for someone with up to 5 years of middle east experience in wholesale sales of building materials to join a company with impressive market share and a global presence. Our client encourages career growth and invest a great deal of time and money in to training staff and maximising their potential.
·Represent the company building materials products such as windows blinds, shades and shutters to potential clients.
·Be proactive in establishing a contact with potential clients.
·Provide services to existing clients.
·Install and demonstrate product demos at client’s site.
·To fill in data, reports, and feedback from clients
·Attend meetings and exhibitions held by company.
·Deliver the required information and material to the client on company’s behalf.
·Carry out daily routine reporting.
·Ensure clear and truthful communication between the company and clients.
·Follow up on contracts and payments.
·Prepare Sales status and Collections reports.
·Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
·Suggest and implement a closing business strategy related to sales.
·Maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of company’s products, market intelligence, industry trends and competition in the assigned region.
Experience / Education
·Minimum of 5 years proven progressive business development, wholesales experience in the building products industry with full understanding and awareness of the region’s construction/building materials industry.
·Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in technical /engineering field
·Strong numerical skills with commercial awareness
·Has good networks within the industry.
·Strong verbal and writing skills, with regards to contractual communication
·Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
·Possesses excellent communication and selling skills.
·Should be self -motivated to meet deadlines under pressure.
·Must have a valid UAE driving license.
