Supervises the installation,repair, and maintenance of the university steam distributionlines. Lays out and supervises the cuttingand fitting of material in preparation for welding.
Maintains and makes repairs to weldingequipment. Prepares cost estimates oflabor and material; lies, material, and equipment. Prepares routine work and time reports andmaintains standard records. Recruits andtrains subordinate personnel; establishes safety and workperformance standards. Performs relatedwork as required.
