operate and monitor CNC (computer numerically controlled) lathe machines, performing machining operations such as turning, boring, threading and facing
Conduct tests to check weld quality, including hydrostatic, x-ray, and dimension tolerance;
Occasional overtime required when necessary;
Other duties as assigned by Direct Manager;
Show up to work every day and on time;

Lifting, moving, and holding or clamping work pieces to table, into jigs, or into position as directed manually or by using pry bar;
Moving work pieces, tools, and supplies, manually or by hand truck;
Report and detail product malfunctions;
Welds aluminum and steel component parts with GMAW equipment as specified by blue prints and work order with GMAW equipment;
Bolts, clamps, and tack welds parts in place to secure for welding operations;
Plans layout, assembly, and welding of products;
Read blueprints;
Verify dimensions and product specifications;
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and engineering plans;
Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED1,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
