JOB PURPOSE:
Specialized in Warehouse Management System (WMS) integrated live with ERP-inventory Management Module and actively participate in warehouse movements including the inbound & Outbound of stocks, log and monitor all materials transactions efficiently and supervise the day-to-day activities from warehouse to the plants with proper documentation, accomplish with ensuring all PO- (Purchase Order) Materials to be verified with technical details and processed without any discrepancy and receive in Inventory module -by DN and Proceed for registration in Inventory module by GRN.
Materials to be organized and labelled, preparing the shipments to the plants in pallets after wrapping along with labels
Create the transfer documents in ERP for every movement of materials
Coordinate with team leaders of STOM all department to meet the KPI’s
HSE guidelines and quality standards to ensure effective functionality, plant availability and equipment reliability.
Key Accountabilities:
Area to be Specialized
Proficient in leading and controlling the inventory of company’s central warehouse to satellite warehouses Coordinate with supervisors to maintain stock Minimum Reorder level as per category
Material Preparation: shipment preparation in pallets after wrapping with actual material request from plants and departments
Materials Tracking daily: Outbound logbook and inbound logbook to be maintain
Inbound: materials to be sort in related Bins and organized and labelled
Accomplish with monitoring monthly inventory consumption logbook with ASM Dept and submit the reports.
People Management
Accomplish the activities and work along with the team members to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved, and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures, and systems.
Skills to manage the team.
Maintenance Management
Outperformed to completes the warehouse operational requirements, following up with procurement department for PO outstanding stock from the vendors to be delivered to meet departments demand without delay.
FIFO compliance for expiry product & stock level of the expiry products is monitored
Perform to prepare monthly inventory reports & Consumption reports
Responsible for transferring stock from central warehouse to plants and one plant to another.
Responsible for generating delivery notes and GRN
Policies, Processes, Systems & Procedures
Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard maintenance procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner.
Related Assignments
Perform any other duties which the line manager may require to be carried out.
COMMUNICATION & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal:
Needs to work closely with Warehouse team, and with all stakeholders to perform without interruption in operations to accomplish the task in the timely manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree Graduation
Minimum Experience:
5-6 years’ experience
