What You Will Be Doing

As a Vice President Customers within the Customers & Services team in Civil Aerospace you will;

Ultimately accountable for the allocated Customers throughout the product & services lifecycle.

Owning the overall customer relationship and customer experience with their customer grouping.

Accountable for developing the account strategy to maximise Rolls-Royce value.

Working with a multi-function team to deliver contractual and service commitments, developing new sales opportunities, delivering the expected revenue from the customer and seeking ongoing opportunities to maximise the profit potential of the existing contracts.

Influencing, advocating to and on behalf of their Customers, at a very senior level externally and internally.

The Vice President role is a

high travel

role, with the expectation to visit the allocated Customers in region frequently, either individually, leading a multi-functional team, or facilitating a visit by the Rolls-Royce senior leadership. The role manages teams of varying sizes, including many indirect reporting roles used to deliver of their behalf.

Each Vice President must exemplify high ethical standards and a win right attitude at all times.

What We Are Looking For

Qualified to at least a degree level or equivalent to 8 years of equivalent industry experience

A good understanding of Rolls-Royce products and services

Requires experience in at least one previous customer facing role such as Customer Management, Services, Commercial or Sales.

Relationship management experience and an ability to find mutually acceptable outcomes to customer challenges.

Must possess the aptitude to lead a multi-disciplinary, diverse regional team to deliver agreed objectives

Ability to consult, collaborate with and influence across all levels including leadership both within and external Rolls-Royce

Good project management skills

Strategic thinking and an ability to anticipate customer needs from a good understanding of their medium-long term directi…
