Lead, inspire and direct the development and deployment of the initiatives to drive the company digital agenda in order to strengthen client’s online presence and contribute to drive the digital mandate of enabling the organization create value through innovation and improved customer experiences through building the foundational capabilities and increase revenues via enhancing customer brand loyalty.
Develop a retail digital transformation strategy that is aligned with client’s business plans and how these will it have a material EBITDA impact on the operating model, such as stakeholder management (internal and external), technology and portfolios as well as risk. Drive the development and execution of the roadmap and short, mid and long terms strategy based on financial and strategic goals and digital transformation to digital age. Provide subject matter expertise during the strategic marketing planning process, enable marketing to formulate targeted strategies, identifying latest trends, state of the art digital marketing approaches and market opportunities, whilst defining consumer needs, ensuring alignment with business vision. Collaborate with the business leaders and drive the development of the Retail digital transformation strategy aligned with client’s business plans and direct the development and deployment of the overall Digital Marketing Road Map adopting the best fitted solutions to achieve optimum ROI on organizational efforts. Drive the constant upkeep of current and evolving digital trends (industry, competition) which could make a material improvement to business performance, e.g. Analytics, RPA, Blockchain, AI, IoT, Robotics, RM, Loyalty and Payment, ensuring alignment to the organizational values and business plans. Own, manage, and validate the delivery of any new digital POC / Pilot / initiative. Coordinate closely with the IT department on digital initiatives, and hand over for rollout once validated.
Provide subject matter expertise and guide the overall project management of major business initiatives, related to digital transformation in order to achieve the targeted strategic and organizational KPIs. Lead and drive the new Loyalty Program implementation in order to ensure achievement of strategic objectives and revenues. Ensure the necessary assets such as a change charter, project plan, communication plan, steering and working committee groups, stakeholder list, budgets, measurable deliverables, KPIs, etc. are defined and agreed with key stakeholders. Co-operate with functional colleagues to ensure that the business process designs are optimised and will meet end user needs from a process, platform and people perspectives. Lead and direct the effective collaboration with business leadership to drive the development of business processes targeted to optimise the successful fulfilment of end user needs from a process, platform and people perspectives. Ensure operations processes are in compliance with established policies as well as regulatory and best in industry standards.
