The RIG Recruitment is working with a client based in Dubai who are a well known company working in the commercial real estate (shopping malls) and retail (skincare and beauty retailer).
Duties:
1. Providing overall Management of the company’s Finance function.
2. Ensuring review and correctness of monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and cashflows.
3. Preparation of monthly and quarterly forecasts.
4. Provides analytical support to the Management for financial performance measurement including all key KPIs, benchmarks and areas of improvement.
5. Ensure that the ERP is optimized, running smoothly, integrity is in check and all departmental reporting is done through the system
6. Review of monthly schedules and reports for all Balance sheet and P&L areas
7. Review of payroll
8. Manage the Year end Audit process and get Financials signed off
The above responsibilities as allocated are not an exhaustive list and the roles and responsibilities may change as per the requirement of the business
Requirements:
· Applicant should have bachelors’ Degree in Finance, preferably MBA or CA.
· Applicant should have minimum of 6-8 years’ past working experience in Finance department (ideally within retail industry and as a manager)
The salary budget is between 15,000 AED – 25,000 AED per month + 20% bonus + medical + visa.
