Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for recording all orders related to transportation whether from the stockyard to branches or external orders from BU.
Ensure that transportation reports are updated and shared on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis with the transport team.
Monitoring the deadline of transportation requests for daily plans and submitting it to the supervisors in case there is a delay from other departments.
Follow-up with transporters to get the POD (Proof of delivery), recorded& saved as well.
Maintain accurate information submission to transportation supervisors.
Recording all special requests and transportation prices that require baptism and an agreement with the transporter or BU.
Coordination of meetings and scheduling of carriers’ attendance.
Make a calendar for all meetings, whether internal or external with Automotive Transportation Manager.
Follow the transportation company’s performance per month.
Expected the transporters loading share with the transportation supervisor based on transporter companies performance.
Arranging the contracts of transportation companies and following them up with the relevant authorities and ensuring the validity of the period of insurance for tankers after signing the contracts.
Receiving invoices from transportation companies, reviewing them, and submitting them to the
Financial Department for payment procedures.
Requirement
Experience 1-2 years in transportation (Preferred in Auto)
English proficiency.
