Job Description

·The Training Manager is responsible for the planning and implementation of all Munawala operational and vocational training and will work with the line managers, HR Learning & Development the Customer Airlines, Equipment Manufacturers and Systems Providers.

·The majority of Munawala training is operational and specific only to ground handling therefore much of the training has to be done on the job and the Training Manager is responsible for ensuring the training is robust and effective.

·The Training Manager must ensure all mandatory training (legal and regulatory) is completed by Munawala staff


·The incumbent must ensure product training is completed in liaison with the customer airlines

·All licencing and relicencing of equipment operators and load controllers is the responsibility of the Training Manager

·Scheduling of training to minimise operational and budgetary impact is the responsibility of the Training Manager

·Development of training initiatives and operational training strategy is the responsibility of the role holder.

·Training must be managed in line with the latest IATA recommendations

Requirements

The candidate should have at least 10 years experience in the aviation industry in Airline Ground Handling

The candidate should have experience in delivering training management to ISAGO standards

The candidate should have experience in Ground Handling training management working with industry practices


The candidate must have the proven ability to write and deliver training syllabus, programmes and course material
