We are looking for a Training and Competency Assurance Supervisor to work in Dubai. Due to Covid 19 candidates need to be currently in Dubai or a juxtaposed middle east country.

Champion the Competency Assurance programme. Complete regular audits

and internal verification activities to ensure integrity, and quality, of system and

processes.


2. Complete on-the-job mentoring and coaching activities in the workplace; provide

guidance and reinforce best practices in HSE and Competency Assurance

related activities.

3. Maintain the company’s HSE and Technical Training Matrix. Evaluate job roles,

consult business, and determine minimum training requirements.

4. Develop, deliver, and administer a range of in-house HSE, Technical, and

Competency Assurance training sessions. Training sessions to be delivered in

the classroom, in the workshop, and in the workplace.

5. Evaluate the impact of training and competency assurance programmes;


manage change to continuously improve the competency assurance

programme and training course content based on feedback.

6. Produce monthly reports (Key Performance Indicators KPI, Status, Updates)

and presentations for the range of activities covered; present the reports to key

stakeholders.

7. Conduct Training Needs Analysis and assess the key priorities for

development.

Educational Qualifications:

 Relevant Bachelor’s Degree

 Industry recognised training qualifications.

 Preferably with BOSIET / T-BOSIET and/or International Minimum Industry

Safety Training (IMIST) certification.
