You will be the subject matter expert of our products, ensuring they reflect global trends and serve the key business stakeholders. As a Trading Business Analyst, you will align and realign with the business’ vision and strategy to accomplish revenue and customer satisfaction targets. Our ongoing projects will benefit from your expertise in financial derivatives. You will enjoy the freedom to improve and build new products based on thorough research and analyses.

Your challenges
Develop actionable roadmaps for improving workflows and processes; establish and organise KPIs in line with applicable regulations.
Gather requirements from various stakeholders, prioritise urgent needs with relevant justifications and define existing and new product features.
Provide ad-hoc tactical analyses and create reports based on high-level business data — top-down or bottom-up as per the business needs.
Set pricing/margins to meet revenue and profitability goals.
Identify areas of improvement in products and processes, share the findings with the Head of the Department/management team, provide reasoning for their urgency, and help them make business decisions.
Prepare business requirement documents, high-level business scenarios, and new process flows within the team.
Requirements
A university degree in a quantitative and/or financial field (Master of Business Administration preferred
Comprehensive understanding of our financial instruments and markets
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively and present to all levels of management as well as internal audiences
A team player attitude with an enthusiastic approach to new challenges
Excellent spoken and written English communications skills
What’s Good To Have
Hands-on experience in conducting quantitative analyses
Knowledge of financial derivatives pricing and risk models
Programming experience in Python, Perl, C++, or SQL
Exposure to the process of identification and implementation of best practices
