Generate calls to potential clients with the main goal to achieve.
Perform Sales Marketing conversation; able to handle all aspects of making a sale
Persuade potential clients (for Buying, Selling, Leasing, administering properties) and ensure to convert them into company sales revenue.
Escalate client data (property owners, existing clients, potential buyers) either by cold calling or outsourcing in a fast-paced manner.
Maintains quality client service by following company standards Verifying generated leads from marketing internal sources.
Retrieving potential leads from existing data.
Keep records of calls, prepare and present positive outputs.
Cultivate relationships with every single potential lead Manage and maintain the database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
Set appointments for potential/ qualified leads with agents on the team
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Excellent communication skills.
Creative thinking skills.
The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
Good sales ability.
Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
Atleast 1 year experience in Telesales / Call Center
Multilingual is preferred and advantage
Team player Excellent verbal and written communications

Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
