Job briefWe are looking for enthusiastic Tele sales Executives to generate sales either by calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to sign up / apply for our services related to Visa & Immigration Services.A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.ResponsibilitiesContacting people using the given Leeds to inform them about the company services and schedule meetings.Answer incoming calls from prospective customersProviding details about the company services and offers to the clients and answering their questions.Persuade the customer to APPLY by explaining the offers and services.Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer systemDeal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputationGo the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future salesKeep records of calls and sales and record useful informationRequirements and skillsProven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customerProven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phoneWorking knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. MS Word, Excel) and telephone systemsExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficient in English (Urdu, Hindi & Punjabi is an advantage)Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaintsPersistent and results-orientedPatient and able to handle customer rejectionHigh school diploma; Graduation is a plusJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per monthJob Type: Full-timeSalary: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per monthExperience:telemarketer: 2 years (Required)
