You will

You will be responsible for the resource management transactions and reporting in relation to the organization’s external IT consultant population, working with senior business management stakeholders, and various business processes across multiple departments (Sourcing, Finance, Legal, HR, etc.). You will be responsible for capturing changes and updates such as consultant extensions, rate changes, transfers and off boarding and manage the respective system updates. This role requires exceptional analytical and superior relationship management skill to build and maintain solid engagement with key internal and external stakeholders. As Resource Manager you will be responsible for all external consultant related actions for your own coverage area; approximately 2000 resources.

Primary responsibilities:

Effectively coordinate the life cycle management of external IT consultant in line with policies and senior management directions (on-/ off-boarding, renewals, re-organizations, etc.)

Process resource transactions in a timely fashion, according to the daily, weekly and monthly governance cycles

Ensure data integrity is maintained in different systems of record by addressing data exceptions

Provide hands on and effective advisory to technology management on external consultant related actions / best practices

Participate in stakeholder education and process improvement activities

Establish and maintain tangible business relations of own coverage area to better understand their needs

You Have

University degree ideally in economics or business studies (other disciplines considered as well)

Strong business user proficiency in MS Excel and other MS applications (you will work with big data sets and automated reports, understanding / manipulating data is a must)

2+ years’ experience in business analysis / workforce planning / sourcing, with focus on business case development in MNE environment (graduates with similar experience considered as well)

Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability work without supervision individually as well as in team

Quick learner with attention to details

Ability to interact with senior management, convey actionable information in a clear, concise manner

Good problem-solving skills & flexibility towards changes

Healthy disrespects towards status quo / ability to identify and execute process improvement opportunities

Nice to have

Experience in working in financial services / project management / technology

Experience in analytics and reporting (VBA is a plus)

Experience in workforce management

Experience working with SAP – Fieldglass & Workday
