Job Responsibility’s & Tasks:
▪ Leading investors services programs and initiatives.
▪ Oversee the booklet design based on the technical specifications.
▪ Lead the development of the write-up and design of all marketing materials and marketing campaigns.
▪ Perform any other duties as determined by the Investors Services Centre Senior Manager.
▪ Build strong relationships with external & internal parties to ensure deliverables are met according to standards.
▪ Lead in building high levels of engagement in the team by setting clear expectations, providing constant feedback and opportunity for growth.
▪ Breakdown objectives and provide job descriptions to let employees know what is expected of them to align with department’s objectives contribution to achieving TBC strategy.
▪ Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to produce customized solution which increase efficiency and effectiveness of performance.
