They are borderless with offices in 30 cities around the world. They are looking for a motivated and experiencedTechnical Leadto join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in mobile and/or web development, with a focus on Flutter, native mobile development, JavaScript technologies, and React. The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
More specific responsibilities will include:
Lead a team of developers to deliver software projects on time and to a high standard
Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge
Develop technical roadmaps and ensure that the team is aligned with company goals
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure that they are met
Ensure code quality through code reviews and continuous integration/continuous delivery practices
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in mobile and web development
Job Requirements:
8+ years of experience in mobile and/or web development
Strong expertise in Flutter and/or native mobile development and JavaScript technologies with a focus on React
Proven experience leading a team of developers and delivering high-quality software solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment
