Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team and support in delivering the recruitment and manpower plan for our KSA offices. He/she will play a key role in advising on the best practices related to Saudization process including hiring, onboarding and retention programs.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for all hiring activities including advertising open roles, screening applications, connecting with and interviewing potential candidates, supporting hiring managers and closing hires.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience as well as ensuring that the organization’s recruitment process is efficient, effective, and aligned with the business need and growth.

 Job Responsibilities: 

  • Drive the recruitment process from initial CV screening and interview & selection to offer and onboarding stage
  • Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings in accordance with the organization’s manpower plan
  • Utilize various sourcing methods and web portals for sourcing and headhunting candidates, such as Bayt.com, LinkedIn and company’s career site
  • Communicate with potential candidates and conduct initial phone screen and online/in-person competency-based interviews to short-list the best fit calibers
  • Act as main point of contact between candidates and hiring managers, assist in arranging interviews and follow up on feedback in a timely manner
  • Be part of the steering group which will develop and implement a Saudization strategy for the company
  • Lead the implementation of recruitment process for the Saudization programs. Ensure sourcing and selecting the best calibers to achieve overall Saudization goal
  • Create networks with educational establishments for the identification and hiring of Saudi national graduates
  • Build own self knowledge of the culture and benefits of working for Imdad and promote the company as an Employer of Choice, ensure the ability to talk knowledgeably and convincingly to maximize converting prospects to candidates.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and HR management and keep them up to date on progress, challenges and market intelligence
  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports feedback reports and recruitment progress sheet
  • Support in onboarding process and joining formalities for new hires
