As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting the best candidates across the Middle East area, focusing your activities on retail teams.
You willconstantly work with Store Managers and Retail Managers analyzing recruiting needs and providing solutions aligned with the company high standards in terms of recruitment quality at all levels.
You willact as a key contact and Ambassador of the Brand for external candidates making sure that FENDI identity and DNA are always represented at their best as well as employer branding is continuously enhanced and promoted.
You willbe part of the Middle East Human Resources team reporting to the HR Manager FENDI Middle EastMain
ResponsibilitiesEffectively lead the recruitment process for luxury retail positions within the retail network through direct search, job posting and cooperation with recruitment agencies;
Manage the interns and temporary workers recruitment, making sure to create a solid base for our future pool of talents;
Manage stakeholder expectations by defining clear timelines and updating them regularly on recruitment progress status;
Build and maintain a talent database through a continuous proactive search, anticipating future needs while addressing open positions;
Support local HR Managers in special recruiting projects needs such as temporary stores, new openings and retail events;
Maximize the company recruiting tools in order to effectively target the relevant audience ensuring also regular updates, monitoring and follow up;
Make sure that every job vacancy is published and take care of giving each candidate a feedback either directly or through the company tools and/or partners;
Ensure that recruitment progress reports are kept up to date and completed with relevant details;
Support the market talent mapping activity by compiling dedicated reports;
Manage the recruiting department administrative activities (candidates’ travel expenses, invoices, job interviews organization);
Constantly work with all the company departments to ensure a quick and efficient hiring process and induction for the selected candidates. Profile: 2 to 4 years of experience in recruiting talents, preferably in the luxury retail business sector;
Bachelor’s degree in humanistic subjects and/or specialization in Human Resources management;
English and Arabic are mandatory, other languages would be a plus;
Ability tounderstand and apply brand standards and values in every task performed;
Ability towork under strict deadlines and pressure, always maintaining a high level of accuracy and an excellent ability in setting priorities;
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
Customer service orientation at all levels;
Ability todeal with confidential information;
Solid analytical skills;
Excellent knowledge of the MSOffice.
