Job Description

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist with our recruiting activities.

·Main Duties:

  • Create and publish job ads in various portals.
  • Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
  • Network with potential hires, HR professionals and employers, inside and outside Lebanon through professional groups on social media and during events.
  • Screen resumes and job applications for different industries and levels.
  • Conduct initial CV screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Train and advise on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
  • Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them and outsource candidates.
  • Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
  • Other tasks that might be requested by the manager.
