Job Description
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist with our recruiting activities.
·Main Duties:
- Create and publish job ads in various portals.
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
- Network with potential hires, HR professionals and employers, inside and outside Lebanon through professional groups on social media and during events.
- Screen resumes and job applications for different industries and levels.
- Conduct initial CV screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Train and advise on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
- Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them and outsource candidates.
- Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
- Other tasks that might be requested by the manager.
