Candidate Requirements:
3 years previous experience in Recruitment, preferably in Agency experience, Construction, or Trading
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably in Human Resources
Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and relevant software applications.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Problem-solving techniques with effective time management skills.
Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information
Responsibilities:
Execute the company’s Recruitment programs.
Use all available methods to source suitable candidates to fill open job vacancies.
Interview all sourced candidates and shortlist suitable candidates for final techincal interview
Handle the employee onboarding process
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ﷼6,000.00 – ﷼10,000.00 per month
