Job Description

This individual will manage the full cycle recruiting process including, but not limited to sourcing, screening, interview process management, maintaining candidate relationships, creating and extending offers, and closing candidates.

Essential Functions

Design, implement and execute robust and innovative recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent and meet hiring goals

Build and maintain long term relationships with internal stakeholders, develop full understanding of their hiring needs and projections

In partnership with Sourcing Specialist, design and implement sourcing strategies to proactively build external talent pipelines

Continuously cooperate with People Partners, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, to ensure the broader HR organization is aligned on priorities, critical projects, etc.

Manage end-to-end recruitment process with the hiring managers, from job intake meeting to offer closure

Be the Subject Matter Expert on Visa’s recruitment processes and policies, strongly advocating these across internal and external stakeholders

Engage and manage external vendors (recruitment agencies) as necessary, to deliver on the hiring targets

Track critical recruitment metrics and adjust recruiting strategies so that the metrics are met on target

Participate in related programs and process improvement projects as needed

Prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, changing work environment


10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 5 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

Experience in corporate recruiting for experienced talent, in a multinational organization with highly matrixed environment

Strong consultative, influential, and collaborative skill set

Results oriented

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Proven team player with excellent verbal, written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
