My client are a leading service provider with offices globally. They are now recruiting a Enterprise System Analyst to be based in the Dubai office.

Reporting to the Head of IT this role will focus on Dynamics 365, PowerBI and working closely with the finance team. The company have just implemented D365 so they need someone with the knowledge to help take things forward.

Job Summary:

Coordinate and manage activities related to the design, configuration and implementation of Company enterprise information systems; improve the efficiency and productivity of the Company’s operations using systems’ abilities and applications; troubleshoot and fix user issues; provide business intelligence dashboards and reports; develop and coordinate training, including the development of training materials and user procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and support integrations between the Company ERP system and other internal or external systems. (Dynamics 365)

Design solutions to business requirements and problems that leverage the ERP solution’s current and functionality first before considering custom changes.

Identify security and application access needs and develop security definitions and profiles.

Test ERP applications, resolve user testing issues, document configuration and customizations and train users in ERP solutions.

Support ERP applications, apply patches, upgrades and releases as appropriate, and troubleshoot and fix problems within the ERP system configuration, customizations, and interfaces.

Monitor the application performance and assist with the maintenance of security authorizations.

Support ERP system data, troubleshoot and fix data problems and assist users with reports, dashboards and data analysis.

Processing monthly salaries to all employees within the specified date

Correctly accruing for all personnel costs in the correct legal entities

Close interaction with the HR department to ensure data quality and correct data transfer between Finance and HR systems

Reconciliation of various employee advances and ensuring correct periodic accounting for employee-related prepayments

Closely monitoring Personnel costs (G&A) and commenting on any inconsistencies in any period

Actively involved in, and contributing to, the improvement and maintenance program of the Enterprise Resource Program (ERP) system

Taking part in the development and implementation of internal control measures

Assisting with the preparation of monthly management reports, quarterly and year-end external financial reports

Other related functions as delegated by the line/functional managers

Required Competencies:

• Degree level qualification in Accounting or Finance preferred

• Previous experience in an Accounting role with established accounting skills

• Proficiency in computer literacy, including the MS suite of products, and the ability to learn other financial software and systems

• Methodical, proactive and strong analytical skills

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
