MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in strategic initiatives and projects including Performance management, KPI, scorecards, Organizational excellence, etc.
Prepare periodic and routine reports and documents, provide appropriate solutions, and save them in database in accordance with current information technology systems.
Coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of the department. Provide assistance and support to the immediate head
Act as a first point of contact for the strategic operational requirements integration of Corporate Strategy to departments. Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
Conducting research and data analysis to support internal operations and taking business decisions.
Maintain safe and healthy work environment and ensure all work is performed in line with relevant policies and procedures.
Perform other job-related duties.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance, HR, Organization Development, or related field from an accredited institution.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years position related practical experience within a comparable environment.
Language and Computer Skills level:
Moderate to expert level
