We are looking for a Strategic account manager to play a critical role in building relationships with significant clients. Our ideal candidate should ensure client satisfaction and be able to identify new opportunities to increase sales. As a Strategic account manager, you will represent our company and interact with major clients. The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for identifying and creating an appropriate sales strategy to meet our clients’ needs whilst maximizing revenue for Bayut.

You will be working in a fast paced, high performing team. The individual needs to demonstrate initiative, great attention to detail and have a proven ability to work in a fast paced, high performing team.
Establish & maintain professional relationships with our existing and new key accounts portfolio.
Ability to analyze the business needs of our clients, and implement a strategy to generate growth
Ability to identify internal resources who will be able to offer a service and support our clients’ needs
Ability to provide comprehensive and detailed reports on client’s sales and strategy
Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
Over 5 years of Account Management experience
Solid sales experience in B2B environment
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Articulate and well versed with making presentations and pitches to existing clients
Positive relationship building skills – cultivates and nurtures customer relations
Excellent analytical skills to understand client’s business needs and provide strategic solutions
Should possess strong business acumen along with a quick mind which assimilates information from many channels and creates strategic alternatives
Should be able to command attention and gain trust to build relations and get business in a timely manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English, fluent Arabic is an advantage
Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to hit the road to meet clients is a must
