JOB PURPOSE of Strategic Account Manager: To build and maintain strong business partnerships with key stakeholders/Payers in order to ensure the success of implementing full access strategies of the company’s portfolio in terms of indication, positioning, accessibility of the product and maximize short- and long-term business plans. To achieve success it is critical that the KAM drive the company’s performance by: Support to achieve communicated business plans. Ensure the implementation of prelaunch launch and post launch tactical TA plans, which are in line with the local business strategy in alignment and collaboration with HEMAR leads. Assess and mitigate risks on business Key Results / Accountabilities Build and maintain strong business partnerships with key stakeholders in all accounts at area level. Ensure deliveries to the CMS on timely basis, close monitoring of the demand and supply. Ensure adequate stock levels at the account’s levels. Have full coverage of the assigned territory in KSA (HCPs, purchasers, PTC committee and all other stakeholders) Drive the formulary inclusion in the assigned account to accelerate the access and reimbursement of the medication. Coding creation /Renewal and tender management. Liaise between sales, local agent & CMS through attending CVT meetings and ensure the alignments on executing the strategies. Ensure the implementation of the tactical marketing plans are in line with the local business strategy and meet agreed budget Conduct the planned activities linked to the brand value propositions on timely basis to accelerate the medication’s access and reimbursement. Continuous follow up and providing feedback to CVT. Liaise with sales, medico-marketing & Market access teams to develop tactical plans Assess and mitigate risks on business Have excellent visibility on competitor’s activities. Being on top of business (budget restrictions, price reduction pressure and market dynamics) Involve Sales, medico marketing & Market access teams as early as possible when facing market challenges/Dynamics. Frequent update the stakeholders mapping for the formulary inclusion. Protect the product position on the formulary. Qualifications Requirements 2-4 years of experience as Sales Rep promoting Hospital Pharmaceutical products. must hold pharma degree 2 Years’ experience in Key account Management. Experience in promotion to Hospital Pharmacists. Demonstrated track record of introduction of new products in Hospitals Experience in negotiation of prices and conditions with Hospital Pharmacists and other key decision makers Thorough knowledge of the majority of decision makers in his/her area Proficient in doing scientific/promotional presentations Demonstrated track record of working with objectives and achieving them History of working in complex and cross-functional teams History of working in innovative and/or multinational companies Language requirements : English/ Arabic Location: Riyadh – KSA Skills/Assigned trainings Requirements within the first month Medical and brand knowledge.
