Responsibilities:
· Development and maintenance of storage facilities as deemed appropriate to ongoing project needs.
· Lead and control activities of company warehouse personnel.
· Ensure shipment receiving, storage and distribution is performed in an efficient manner.
· Ensure project stock control, warehouse efficiency and inventory management.
· Determination of minimum, re-order, and maximum levels of consumable items.
· Take precautions to protect warehouse contents against loss.
· Prepare & retain basic warehouse documents and reports. Ensure the security of the content.
· Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to the management.
· Prepare the information log sheets as required by the management.
· Ensure Safety & Quality requirements are incorporated during all the stages.
· Manage and supervise warehouse team.
· Is responsible for receiving, identification, traceability, handling, storage, and release to the works and inventory control.
· Any other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
· bachelor degree or higher.
· Minimum of 4 years of work experience in similar duties in construction and has knowledge in electro-mechanical equipment. Knowledge in water and wastewater treatment equipment would be an added value.
. Ability to manage and control the heavy and valuable material in the site.
. Ability to provide weekly reports to the management.
. Having sense of responsibility.
