The Store Trainer will manage the training activities for their specifically assigned scope of work. The primary training activities will include:

Create a positive learning environment/culture

CONSULTANToBe the “Training Expert ” and partner for the Store Manager and the Retail Area Managero

Provide effective recommendations and solutions to meet Business Training needs

PERFORMANCEoMonitor the Training KPIs according to the global frame work (NPS, Retention, Behaviours, ROTI) oMonitor & Analyse Business KPIs in order to identify learning solutions to impact sales

COACHINGoStrong ability to identify and leverage coaching moments to change behaviors and improve performanceo

Ability toadjust style and approach to coach at any level

SELLING EXPERTISE (experience in a selling environment) oConfident and experienced at sellingo

Strong ability to “read” customers and uncover needso

Ability totransfer selling skills and techniqueso

Experienced in product storytelling
