Job brief We are looking for a results driven retail Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in financial planning, employee recruitment, or retail management.Responsibilities Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitabilityMeet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staffEnsure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent serviceComplete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and proceduresMaintain outstanding store condition and display of productsReport on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.Propose innovative ideas to increase market shareConduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career pathsDeal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)Be a shining example of well behavior and high performanceConducting Inventory on regular basis and reporting to top managementKeep adequate stock level effectively (Reduce dead stock situations)Daily reporting to the top management about sales, stock, and staffAdditional store manager duties as neededBuild relationships with other corporate accounts and customersCreate new business and sales channelsEnhance brand reputationRequirements and skills Proven successful experience as a Store ManagerPowerful leading skills and business orientationCustomer management skillsStrong organizational skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsBusiness Administration or relevant fieldJob Type: Full-timePay: From AED7,000.00 per month
