Job Description

 Storekeeper Duties & Resonsibilities Maintaining of stock receipts, issues, & stock records Perform non stock duties like packing, pricing, returning items Monitor deliveries for damages or descrepancies, report to supervisor for reimbursements Stock Rotation in order to follow a FIFO System of inventory, Average costing Disposals of Surplus & near by expiry items Ensure proper record keeping & manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels Maintain satisfactory control on inventory.
Arranging shelves, receiving & unloading stocks Stock counting at proper intervals. In addition: Know how to calculate daily, Weekly & monthly consumption to match Sales Controlling daily purchases to avoid over limit spending Production cycle monitoring, locate unsold & missing items.
Purchase trend analysis itemwise, cost wise Specific to our business Co ordinate with CFO, & GM on day to day basis. Checking POS on daily basis, KOT Reconciliation, Checking Pastry, Cakes, Cookies, items consumption & Cost Checking Consumption in kitchen, Wastages. Perform analytics for Sold items & non moving dishesh, replacing new one. Ensure quantity requested, quantity issues & quantity purchases are matched Keeping record of small equipments, cleaning & disposables Specific to Finance Co ordinate with CFO on daily basis for any irregularities observed Conduct Physical Stock audit with CFO at proper intervals Physical count to be match with Accounting System Any difference between accounting system & manual count to be investigated & information to be given to finance Post all the invoices as per system designed by the finance Ensure all heavy purchases are signed by CFO as per company procedures. Providing item costs for different menu drafting

Skills

Reporting daily consumption to match with Sales Submitting modifying & preparing specific reports as per instruction by finance Requirements & Qualifications Knowledge of proper inventory management Familarity with best practice & concepts Data Entry, Ms Office, Analysis & Management Minimum a high school or diploma 2 years + experience in stock control
