As a Customer Advisor, you will bring the world of Zegna to life for our clients, whether in the store, in their home, in their office, or virtually. Through Zegna’s exceptional products and rich brand heritage, you will nurture lasting and loyal engagement between our clients and our company, achieving sales goals.

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has at least four years of experience in the hospitality or luxury industry.

You also must possess the following characteristics to achieve your goals:

Are you goal-oriented and customer-centric?

You will reach the sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a warm and tailored customer experience.

You will plan and execute proactive sales activities, such as client outreach and appointments.

You will implement retention activities using clienteling tools to increase in-store and online sales.

You will create excitement around our products and brand through captivating presentations.

You will follow up on all sales, ensuring customers are taken care of and are satisfied with our products and services.

You will manage all client relations with empathy while adhering to Zegna service policies.

You will develop your brand and product expertise through our training programs.

Do you have a strong understanding of customer engagement?

You will generate innovative ideas to engage and thrill clients.

You will provide a memorable and tailored customer experience by understanding the client’s mindset, providing personalized styling and powerful storytelling.

You will use company systems and tools to organize customer contact details and personal information.

Do you embody teamwork?

You will support the orientation and integration of new staff.

You will effectively share customer and store updates with the team.

You will support the team in the sales process and activities.

Do you have an eye for detail?

You will replenish the selling floor after all transactions this includes restocking products.

You will adopt visual merchandising standards to support window installations and floor moves as needed.

You will maintain cleanliness and tidiness standards.

You will proactively participate in Retail Training to develop your brand, product, client knowledge, and skills.

Do you observe operational standards?

You will support store operational activities as directed.

You will adhere to all corporate policies and procedures.

You will utilize all corporate systems as required.

You will abide by the Zegna Code of Ethics.
