The Stakeholder Coordinator will assist the Project Manager and Stakeholder Manager with a range of SMU tasks.

You willbe responsible to facilitate all project related approvals, permits and licenses.

You willbe required to work with a multidisciplinary project team and governmental entities.

Duties:

Accountable for SMU tasks on a small project under the overall guidance of a more senior Stakeholder Manager/PMs Knowledge of the relevant AECOM systems and processes Undertakes duties as assigned by the Assistant Stakeholder Management and Unit Leader(Flow Charts/Share point) Responsible for developing Stakeholder relationships as a face of AECOM Good knowledge of planning processes required to coordinate with the Authorities and government entities for clarifications, justifications and permitting by statutory authorities Supports and facilitates SM/PMs with the overall permitting process to secure required Approvals, NO

Cs and Permits for the projects Ensures managers and directors deliver required documents on schedule and in accordance with Authorities’ requirements, guidelines & standard specification Coordinates with Government authorities regarding project submissions, revisions, clarifications, approvals, justifications and approvals by statutory authorities Reviews all document completion processes to be submitted as required by the local authorities on behalf of AECOM Monitors projects progress.

Notifies the SM/PM of any potential risks in the permitting process that could impact the schedule and update status via dashboards periodically Person Specification (Behavioral Attributes) Safeguard – To operate ethically and with integrity, while prioritising safety and security in all that you do Be decisive – Know how to prioritize, advocate focus and accountability Be impactful – Use clear and frequent communications, drive execution and results.

Good knowledge of planning processes required to coordinate with the Authorities and government entities for clarifications, justifications and permitting by statutory authorities. Understands and knows how to deal with authorities programs, systems & online procedures.
