Our client is one of the top-notch busiest private hospitals in Dubai, UAE is looking for RNs from different specialties and area of experience to join their nursing staff in providing excellent health care to their patients. Your duty of caring for the patients coming into their facility include tasks like creating and maintaining accurate patient records, administering medication and monitoring for side effects, recording vital signs, and reporting symptoms and changes in patient conditions.
A bachelor’s degree in nursing and a home country license are essential requirements for consideration. You will also need to have BLS certification. A professional, friendly attitude and effective communication skills are keys to becoming successful in this role.
Not less than 3 years of recent experience in one of these departments, our area of focus.
Oncology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Pediatric Surgical, OBGYNE, Orthopaedic, Cardiothoracic and Vascular surgery, Medical Surgical Ward, Emergency Room, OR
DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITES
Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.
Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments.
Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests.
Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
Administering non-intravenous medications.
Assessing, implementing, planning, or evaluating patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
Modifying patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses.
WORKING CONDITION
Working Hours: 48 Hours / Week
Working Days: 6 Days / Week
Shifts: Rotating Shifts
Contract Period 2 Years Renewable
Family Contract: Single
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing must be a minimum of three (3) years full-time course duration
License: valid License/Registration to practice in their home country and/or country of last employment (where applicable).
Life Support: BLS (Required)
Clinical Experience: Recent 3 years’ of continuous experience in any of these areas Oncology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Pediatric Surgical, OBGYNE, Orthopaedic, Cardiothoracic and Vascular surgery, Medical Surgical Ward, Emergency Room, Operating theater. The Experience should be stated in your CV before uploading
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Languages: Bilingual Arabic & English is a must
Age not to exceed 50 years old
Gender: Female
DHA License: Licensed as RN by DHA is a Plus
Joining Date: Able to Join within 3 Months – 4 Months
SALARY AND BENEFITS
SALARY
Gross Monthly Salary: Between AED 8,000 – 14,000 (Varies Based on Qualifications, Years of Experience and Clinical Privileges) Gross Salary is inclusive basic salary, housing and transportation.
