Title: Sr. Manager – Engagement & Wellbeing & Diversity & Inclusion

· Develop and implement effective employee engagement programs/initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and foster employee loyalty to establish DIB as preferred choice of employer.

· Design and deploy wellbeing programs/initiatives that support employee’s mental health, stress management, and wellness activities to endorse better work-life balance.

· Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives that provide equal opportunities to all employees irrespective to their race, ethnicity, social and cultural background that boost sense of belonging and support from the organization.

· Develop and deliver training programs to educate business leaders and managers on embedding programs/initiatives related to engagement, wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion.

· Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of engagement, wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion programs, and make recommendations for improvement.

· Keep up-to-date with trends and best practices related to engagement, wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion, and make recommendations for new initiatives.

· Collaborate with HR COE’s to map end to end employee journey to ensure engagement, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion programs/initiatives are supporting a positive and inclusive work culture.

· Ensure compliance with the approved policies, procedures, SLAs and regulatory requirements to maintain quality standards and ensure risk mitigation.

· Ensure all assigned tasks and projects are executed within the approved policies, procedures and SLAs of the department.

All the above accountabilities including but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.

Education

Minimum bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Master’s degree will be preferred.

Work Experience

Minimum 6-8 years of experience in employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion.

Technical Competencies

Learning unit to confirm the technical competencies.

Behavioral Competencies
