The RoleObjectives:

– To assist CFO/Sr. Finance Manager in the core financial accounting and reportingfunction.

– To oversee the overall receivables and reporting – Tocoordinate the internal and external audits Main responsibilities:

– To coordinate with all concerned and prepare the Monthly accountsas per the IFRS – To prepare the monthly accounts schedules andcarry out periodic update and follow up – To prepare the drafttrial balance, P&L, cash Flow and Balance sheet incoordination with CFO – To prepare the monthly accounts andquarterly audit files with back up documents – To ensure the audittime table is followed and the audit is performed in time – Toprepare any other report, format letter and analysis as required bythe CFO – To monitor the overall collection and lyreceivables meetings and submit dash board reports on receivablesand receivables projections – To verify the working for the salesand leasing commission get it approved and incorporate in staffsalaries – Review, discuss with CFO, finalize and email audittimetable to all HOD’s and all concerned staff.

– Toattend to internal audit requirements and review the accountingpolicies and procedures and suggest updating in line with IFRS andbusiness requirement – Coordinate with purchase / Projectsdepartments and be present ing, bid evaluation meetingswhere required.

– To assist in the PR approvals, PO reviews.

– ToMicrosoft dynamics AX issues, coordinate with IT in associatedtasks – Any additional tasks assigned by department head

RequirementsGraduate in Financial Accounting with CA/ACCA/ CPA – Certification in IFRS – With 3
-5 Years of Experiencein the Real Estate/ Construction industry/ Reputed Audit Firmspreferably big 4

-Working experiencein Microsoft Dynamics AX
-Arabic translation and report preparation skill Skill Sets
