We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as Snr Director u2013 Strategic Account Management u2013 CORP to be based in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will manage at a strategic level all aspects of Honeywellu2019s relationship with 2-4 strategic customers.This would include leading a team across Honeywell Business Groups to better understand the Customeru2019s strategy, identify growth areas, and drive both business development and specific pursuits to closures. As a senior leader in the Honeywell Commercial organization, reporting to the VP Strategic Accounts, you will work autonomously across all business groups and with our largest customers to build relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive Revenue growth.

What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day?

.Develop and execute strategic account plans utilizing all resources including marketing, analytics, and cross business relationships to build a robust sales pipeline and close deals to drive above-market growth. Specifically, you will be required and empowered to:


u2022 Develop productive, long-term relationships with strategic account(s)

u2022 Define the Honeywell-wide sales strategy for strategic account(s)

u2022 Create and implement a Strategic Account(s) Sales Plan

u2022 Drive on-time execution and delivery of products/services/solutions with Strategic Account(s)

u2022 Establish the Management Operating System for managing Strategic Account(s)

u2022 Drive Revenue and Margin growth for Strategic Account(s)

u2022 Drive Strategic Account(s) Customer Satisfaction

u2022 Influence decision making at all levels of the Strategic Account(s)What Skills and Experience Will You Have?

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business

Previous demonstrated experience in a combination of Sales, Strategic Account management and Business Development

MBA, Masteru2019s degree is preferred

Sales Management experience

Consistent track record of exceptional sales results

Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization

Ability to understand a complex portfolio and the value propositions across that portfolio

Proven track record in negotiations

Experience in building and executing a strategy

Excellent leadership & communication skills

International experience

Adaptable, tenacious and collaborative individuals

Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
