The candidate is to have a track record of selling leading-edge technologies & the echo-systems in the Digital Transformation. Practical experiences in selling solutions in the fields of:
Contact/Call Centers solution, software & applications
Infrastructure and business continuity
Data Centers & Cloud
The ideal candidate will have experience selling ICT solutions to enterprise and SMB in different vertical market segments in UAE.
To direct, co-ordinate & follow-up the direct sales activities in such a manner to achieve predetermined sales targets & rates of growth along with customer satisfaction of both qualities of service & price by applying a creative and innovative approach to continuously improves and expand direct sales activities.
To hunt for new clients and to manage relationships with prospective and current clients.
To execute all phases of the sales process, including prospecting and targeting clients that fit our company’s competitive advantage.
To formulate specific sales strategies in consultation with The Sales Manager, preparing sales proposals, following-up opportunities and closing the sale.
To give qualitative inputs and feedback to the company about the market dynamics and setup sales strategies accordingly.
To achieve sales targets with a focus towards healthy bottom-lines
To carry out customer presentations, prepare proposals/tender bids while meeting deadlines.
Searches, coordinating, and preparation of RFP proposals; tracking & drive proposal to success and winning.
To maintain an excellent relationship with vendors, distributors, and suppliers and to negotiate the best possible products/solutions, services, support, and price discounts.
Excellent customer diplomacy skills, and a strong sense of problem ownership.
Highly Motivated; Team Player; Takes Initiative; Good presentation; Good negotiation skills
Proficiency in customer service
Good technical know-how
Driving license and self-provided car
Drive to excel, create new opportunities, harness the existing relationships, and build new revenue streams while ensuring complete market coverage.
Self-starter with a desire to learn new technologies.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others.
5 + years selling & experiences in the local market.
Demonstrated sales record and exceeding quota.
Prefer to have experience in the selling of solutions or products from any of the major vendors: Avaya, Cisco, NEC, HP Aruba, Huawei, Genesys.
Having market contacts, skilled in conducting presentations, and interaction experiences with key and decision making business executives in C-level, Directors, MD, GM,…etc
Experience in managing the sales-cycle and understanding the political challenges within the client’s organization.
Good customer contacts at least in one of the following industries: Banking & Financial Sector Health Care Hospitality Education Transportation Retail Governments
