To actively contribute to the plans and strategies for the growth and development of the organization. Explore new market opportunities, propose new business ideas, plan brand strategies, develop, coordinate and implement marketing plans designed to maintain and increase existing business, capture new business opportunities, and build solid relationships with the stakeholders/clients.

To contribute to the implementation of business development strategy to achieve the company’s revenue and profit targets.

Define long-term strategic goals, identify new business opportunities, build customer relationships and maintain extensive knowledge of market conditions, and competitions.

Formulate business forecast and perform business development activity throughout the entire business development cycle by working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Monitor the Business Development functions, goals, objectives, and programs.

Carry out SWOT analysis providing summaries about the organization’s competitive environment, financial analysis, and customer segmentation.

Attract business opportunities that are relevant to Training & Consultancy, HSE, Emergency Response, and Disaster Management.

Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals.

Keep abreast of all internal business changes and developments that the company is going through and be aware of all the challenges it is facing and might face concerning training and consultancy in the areas of HSE, Emergency Response, and Disaster Management.

Develop the existing business opportunities and explore new businesses through research, identification, and analysis of possible partnerships. Provide recommendations consistent with the goals of the company

Plan, develop marketing strategies, and work with inputs from the Training & Consultancy Division to implement the right sales and marketing techniques

Work closely with the training & consultancy and emergency response to ensure the product portfolio is consistent with industry/client needs.

Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with government, business, industry, and other professional organizations

Prepare and conduct presentations to clients

Keep track of the development and results of the marketing strategies for achieving business objectives

Maintain the company stakeholders’ database, clients and prospects through appropriate CRM tools. Keep good professional business relations with stakeholders and create communication models related to the business. Network regularly to explore new initiatives and ideas.

Prepare reports about the business development activities and analysis of the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Prepare reports on the overall performance of the Business Development for the management.

Attend conferences/meetings/exhibitions to support the organization’s marketing and objectives.
