Title: Specialist, HR Excellence
Supports the Senior Manager of HR Excellence both in a global team matrix and as an individual contributor. Provides SME support to initiatives that deliver internal capabilities (data quality, data access, process governance, solutions management, and employee engagement) to enable business strategies. The position holder will also support the Corporate HR Strategic Priorities development, performance measurement, and associated reports. He/She will maintain strategic partnerships with our functional enablers such as: Information Technology to manage and deliver HR Solutions, Corporate Affairs to build and deploy strategic communication plans and Corporate Finance for Quarterly Performance Reviews.
JOB KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategy and Performance:
Supports the development, prioritization, and execution performance of Corporate HR Strategic Initiatives over defined periods. Is part of the HR Strategy Management Office that evaluate overall dependencies, success-factors, and intended result.
As part of the team He/She will work with initiatives’ owners and sponsors to capture achievements and challenges to build enterprise reports such as Corporate Human Resources Quarterly Review with SABIC Executive committee.
Enrich the Performance Culture in Corporate HR by introducing and managing Process Performance Indicators for critical practices to ensure continuous optimization and sustained delivery.
2.HR Communication and Engagement:
As part of the team creates HR internal communication strategies and defines, executes and measures communication plans to enhance effectiveness, build employee understanding, inspire behavior change and promote engagement.
Responsible for ensuring both change management & communication plans are established for their assigned initiatives.
Supports the adherence to corporate enterprise reports such as Sustainability Report, Annual Report, and CMA Report with close partnership of Corporate Affairs to pass an informative messages around Corporate Human Resources initiatives.
Supports the development and enhance existing reporting formats to support CHR in business reviews, up-to Executive committee level.
Supports and develops innovative ways to present data in line with HR Focus Areas
Provide governance and assurance in all reporting.
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR or related field (incl. finance and statistics) (Master preferred)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in related fields.
Must be fluent in English.
