JOB PURPOSE:
The role holder is responsible for prescreening of Business Banking Application – POS, MBBF & CRE. Maintaining track MIS of cases received and coordinating with listed evaluation companies for running valuations on request from the business (specific for CRE & MBBF only)

Self-Management Responsibilities
Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year.
Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the reporting manager to ensure that the required trainings are arranged and attended.
Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all the competencies and skills required to perform the role.
Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth.
Job Context
Core Responsibilities
Runs Pre-Screening process in line with laid down policies and procedure for all three segments (CRE, MBBF & POS)
Runs valuation process in line with procedure and with business request
Evaluates Clients Credit Data, information, and credit bureau in order to determine the degree of risk associated with the account and facilitate the decision-making process based on credit worthiness.
Ensure that the credit documentation is complete for the purpose of facilitating the application process and ensures approvals on the same are obtained from delegated authority.
Manages the exception level efficiently and within the specified standards and timelines.Perform first level prescreening checks for Business banking products (POS/MBBF)which includes various system dedupes and third party checks
Ensure a high level of accuracy in pre screening work to ensure borrower details and history is accurately captured for next level of credit analysis
Maintain MIS of data on decisioned cases
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
Minimum Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the banking sector with at least 1 years in similar position.
