Job Description

Supervising the fulfillment of the authority’s needs of databases and applications for managing internal operations and customers that contribute to the achievement and services of the authority’s goals efficiently and effectively.
Preparing the policies and procedures related to the activities carried out by the department and proposing future amendments to be compatible with the laws in force in the authority when amended and reviewed.
Develop operational plans, including the department’s financial budget, to translate the strategic plan and reflect it on the authority’s plans.
Participate in preparing the department’s financial budget and monitor expenditure disbursement in accordance with the approved accounting system and based on the periodic submission of financial reports that are requested.
Supervising the analysis of the needs of the authority, departments and various sections of databases and applications for managing internal operations and customers that contribute to the achievement and services of the authority’s goals efficiently and effectively.
Managing the Authority’s electronic databases, supervising the process of continuously updating the databases and applications of the Information Technology Department, operating devices, providing maintenance for them, and providing technical support.
Supervising the continuous audit of databases to ensure compliance with the requirements of the beneficiaries, including preparing the parallel operation plan for the system and comparing the outputs with the requirements of development and reorientation for the purpose of coordinating with the beneficiaries and obtaining their observations.
Ensuring that the programs used help update the database and applications efficiently and effectively, meet the needs of work and departments, and facilitate the preparation of periodic and non-periodic reports for the data that have been stored and processed, ensuring their validity and easy retrieval.
