Responsibilities:
Manage content distribution across all platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms
Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connection with customers
Ensures timely customer communications to customer via established channels and recommends ways to enhance the same.
Ability to adapt existing content to make fit-for-purpose on social media platforms
Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness
Analyze and report on the performance of contents on different platforms weekly
Maintain a content calendar that schedules all aspects of content delivery
Develops community newsletters or updates on a monthly or quarterly basis as and when required.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead
Able to prioritize and manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously
Adhere to strict deadlines and able to work under pressure
Requirements:
2+ years proven work experience as a Social Media Executive
Hands on experience in content management
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms
Bilingual (English & Arabic)
High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Good problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively
A strong sense of storytelling is a plus
