Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm(Full-time Onsite) in Business bay, Dubai.
Probation period: 3 months
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily operations of the technical support helpdesk (ticket system) along with the customer support team.
Secure, tweak and analyze server issues.
Setup servers, resolve major issues overall keep the servers healthy and updated to the latest standards.
Full technical operations of all servers and systems.
Consult & suggest to the management on new tools, software and hardware available in the market.
Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
Analyze and report incidents from third-party providers in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Independent, self-motivated, and have the spirit to expand their functional area of the business.
Excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively with a global team across 3 continents.
Superior use of SSH, RDP, DNS, IP addresses (v4,v6), DNS Zone file and proxy servers.
Superior knowledge of CentOS, Ubunto, Windows, etc.
Experience using different web servers, email servers, VPS, Cloud, Dedicated, etc.
Cloud experience to setup, load balance, geo balance, failover setup, etc.
Experience with server security.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills under pressure.
Strong English (both spoken and written).
Database management, optimization and security.
Professional knowledge of python and Sql.
Experience in basic programming languages.

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
