About The Role
We seek a candidate with a proven track record and outstandingSocial Media & Marketingachievements in the Industrial industry to take up the role ofSenior Specialist, Social MediaatKEZAD Group. This position is responsible for assisting the Marketing & Communication team in the development and coordination of KEZAD Group’s social media strategies and plans intended to achieve the cluster’s business objectives. This would include ensuring optimised delivery of digital and social networks and maintenance, content generation and platform management, in coordination with the overall Corporate Marketing and Communication (CMC) activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Develop and deliver annual social media strategies and plans.
Works closely with Manager Communication and Heads of Branding and Creative on conducting targeted social media campaigns and efforts intended to:
Increase awareness of KEZAD Group’s products and services
To support increase in ROI, while utilising appropriate digital and social networks approaches, channels and bespoke content that is relevant, interactive, engaging and tailored per targets and channels.
Responsible for social media editorial calendars and content (editorial posts, videos, creatives) and special calendars related to marketing campaigns for KEZAD Group.
Develops expertise in the brands’ target audiences and customers, competitors and markets, researching, monitoring and assessing key digital and social media related trends (key consumer drivers/attitudes and competitors’ activities on social platforms) and monitoring
Acts as a social media performance marketer ensuring execution within the approved parameters: objectives, timeline, budget, messaging and policies/guidelines.
Sets the key metrics and reports to demonstrate the success of the social media channels and social advertising campaigns and provide optimisation recommendations.
Work intimately with Corporate Social Media teams to align posts and channel leads for each post and campaign.
Communications Operations
Understands clearly the KEZAD Group ecosystem and relevant best practices for running seasonal topics for increased market penetration.
Account sets up, optimisation, audience management and relevant outreach of all the KEZAD Group Cluster’s social networking platforms (existing and new)
Captures and assess social media data/metrics, insights and best practices and optimises plans toward revenue generating and brand building social media projects.
Works extensively with and briefs in-house design resources, external agencies and providers on all areas of social networks.
Maintains and files information, briefs, developed assets, approvals and reports pertaining to assigned projects.
Follows the set process frameworks and templates for briefing and communicating projects and deliverables as set by the Corporate Marketing and Communications Department and KEZAD Group Communication.
