Senior Sales Manager- Hospitality (UNIFORMS) Job in Dubai, UAE at Food Specialities Limited
Ø Provide inputs to plan short-term and long-term business goals for the business unit.
Ø Provide inputs to formulate the annual business plan and strategic activities and ensure the set targets are achieved.
Ø Foster strong business relations with key customers in the HORECA segment and principals.
Ø Implement sales and marketing strategies and review them against set goals, take proactive measures, if required.
Ø Advise on profitable selling prices and other relevant clauses/ conditions within the contracts for the benefit of the unit.
Ø Possess high knowledge of the relevant markets, competitors etc. and provide inputs to increase market share.
Ø Identify new distributors/ principals for the business expansion of the unit.
Ø Ensure new projects are successfully converted into profitable ventures for the business unit.
Ø Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events etc. to promote sales.
Ø Drive high customer focus within the organization.
Ø Ensure complete rollout and usage of CRM systems to track and improve services provided to customers.
Ø Ensure quality drive within the business unit.
