Senior Sales Executive (HORECA)job available in Dubai for one of the leading Multinational FMCG Company. An ideal candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in Food Science / Food Technology / Hotel Management / Fisheries Science with 4 to 6 years of experience in FMCG / HORECA Sector – Seafood /Poultry/Red meat. Master’s in Business Administration is preferred.
Senior Sales Executive (HORECA)job role is to have track record of superior performance metrics with a proven achievement of monthly sales targets in HORECA Segment along with creative and next level thinking mind set.
Responsibilities:
Assess and transform the challenges faced in the sales function
Monitor the sales program on the ground across all domestic sales channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets
Provide on-the-ground sales leads and close new deals
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate to the superiors
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Skills:
Excellent knowledge and familiarity with FMCG sector consumer behavior
