Title: Senior Marketing Manager – Digital & Strategy
We are looking to hireSenior Digital Marketing Manager (B2B)who will be responsible for strategic planning, execution, optimization and develop strategies within Digital marketing, for our client based in Abu Dhabi – a leading industrial group.
This position is a long- term contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable based on the performance
The role sits within the group marketing and reports direct to the Director.
We are looking for a passionateSenior Digital Marketing Manager (B2B)responsible for strategic planning, execution and optimization of Digital Marketing.You would have experience in developing long-term strategy, establishing relationships with Marketing teams, their agency partners and their cross-functional teams to champion the adoption, design, expansion and measurement of all programmes.
Development of long term digital marketing strategy and roadmap
Define and track KPIs for digital programs aligned with business objectives – continually test and optimize programs to drive ROI.
Be a key business partner with marketers and other appropriate functions to deliver integrated multi channel campaign successfully.
Inspire and change mindsets within the organization to embrace the idea of engaging customers through multichannel marketing. Collaborate with brand team and commercial excellence to implement training, communications and change management focused on driving deeper adoption and outcomes of multi channel marketing.
Drive content planning, creative planning, social media and development with brand team for campaign execution through multi channel marketing (web, email, mobile, video, social, call center, offline etc.) based on company’s goals, across our target audiences. Ensure exceptional user experience across channels
Assess, establish and manage the paid media efforts.
Align in directions and utilize available best practice, resources and services
Support the organization to build the understanding of customer insight and expertise of utilizing digital channels including implementation of KPIs
People Management: ability to set priorities, develop workflow processes, and direct people as necessary
Identifies and recommends relevant programs and tactics within the channel as a part of the Integrated Multi-Channel Customer Plan to pull through Brand Strategies and create meaningful and differentiated customer experiences for a variety of customer types
Budgeting – manage expenses and ROI with agencies, vendors, and across initiatives
Knowledge, skills & experience:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or equivalent education
10+ years of experience in Marketing & Communications
5+ years of experience in leadership or Senior Management role and developing strategy within Digital Marketing.
Working experience with a large digital agency will be an advantage.
Should have hands-on experience in sitecore CRM or any similar CRM
Experience with setting and tracking KPIs and optimizing campaigns across channels
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with top management, diverse cross-functional teams.
Excellent understanding of all digital channels.
Excellent communication skills, including strong presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills
Ability to understand IT ways of working and collaborate effectively
Result-orientated and critical thinking approach with the ability to meet very tight deadlines
