The department focuses on understanding present and future customer needs, identification of market opportunities, development and execution of marketing strategies, and programmes. The ultimate goal is to drive improvements in HSBC brand equity and accelerate customer growth, revenue growth, increase customer value and satisfaction in order to meet agreed objectives and key results.
We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Global Marketing team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.
In this role, you will:
Deliver the marketing attribution strategy and the ongoing optimisation of marketing performance, budget oversight and marketing mix for the EMEA region
Accountable for setting, reviewing, and validating the business and marketing targets for all campaigns and other marketing initiatives through close partnership with business leads, campaign managers, analytics teams, media manager, media agency, countries marketing heads and other relevant stakeholders.
Accountable for the delivery of all campaigns and other marketing initiatives Post Implementation Review (PIR) (to establish what is working and what is not), along with recommendations to implement and improve effectiveness.
Leads ongoing monitoring to maximize performance across all marketing channels (e.g paid and non-paid digital, outdoor) in collaboration with marketing and digital acquisition teams.
Identify and execute on opportunities to drive efficiencies (e.g lower cost per customer acquisition) and cost reductions (e.g contra revenue opportunities).
Accountable for overseeing and optimizing EMEA marketing budgets along with the relevant stakeholders to best allocate the marketing investment to drive efficiency
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor Degree is mandatory to secure UAE Visa
Experience in performance marketing across all digital channels
Strong marketing analytics and ability to articulate a well-reasoned business case within defined and challenging timeframes
Outstanding planning and organisation skills – dealing with multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills – able to communicate effectively and with confidence across diverse geographies and positioning complex issues to non-technical audiences
Excellent ability to build relationships and influence leadership – a team player who can also work independently with a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
