Job Purpose:
The leading restaurants operator in the region is seeking a Sr. Manager Data Analytics to lead our data analytics team and drive business growth through data-driven insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize our operations, increase customer satisfaction and drive revenue and profitability growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven decision making, experience in data analysis and insights, and experience leading a team.
Responsibilities:
Lead the data analytics team in the development and execution of data-driven strategies to optimize our operations, increase customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Analyze large and complex data sets and extract actionable insights to improve business performance.
Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to identify trends and patterns in our data.
Communicate insights to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to drive decision-making and influence strategic direction.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and monitor the effectiveness of our strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving business performance, including marketing, operations, finance, and IT.
Manage and mentor the data analytics team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to achieve team goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
8+ years of experience in data analysis and insights, including experience in leading data analytics teams.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets, statistical models, and algorithms.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar.
Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python or R.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in the food service industry is a plus.
