What You’ll Be Doing
Working as Loyalty Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for The Group’s overarching loyalty Brand & Marketing strategy and plans. Curated to support internal and external partners, achieve the loyalty business KPI & OKR set, as well as to integrate loyalty across the relevant group, member, customer & partner touchpoints to amplify it’s presence and performance.
Establish loyalty as a Chalhoub group asset through brand building, channel performance & maximization, in addition to bringing the value proposition to life.
Drive the loyalty KPI set by identifying the correct audience, partner, lever and opportunity, with efficient budget spending; backed by performance.
Drive return to the programme, our partners and the wider business by interfacing cross-group to identify areas of integration & opportunity for brand placement and marketing efficiencies.
Work closely with data, CRM, intelligence, and insights teams, to establish the necessary marketing segmentation & microsegments.
Ensure that we reach our members ‘where they are’ with positive channel expansion, omnichannel execution and hybrid concept adoption.
Act as the anchor to the customer interface by working hand-in glove with Loyalty Value Proposition, Lifecycle, Acquisition & Activation teams to ensure all key streams are mapped and supported for maximum impact
Manage and support loyalty marketing and brand agencies to ensure continued progress, fresh perspective and optimal output
Drive efficiencies for the programme and our partners with a keen focus on performance, impact of spend & optimal ways of working
Build the internal loyalty influencer network to support delivering KPI’s / OKR’s and embed Loyalty in the Chalhoub employee & partner culture
