Position:  Senior Change & Learning Coordinator

Job Purpose

The Sr. CCL Coordinator is responsible for providing support and help create the best learning environment for the Retail Business. They support the Change, Comms & Learning department and focus on ensuring a seamless delivery and high engagement user experience. These tasks can range from driving awareness behind learning events to ensuring the learner is prepared with the right materials and access and all the pivotal process steps in between.

Support in producing materials for training materials (job aids, training packs, post evaluations)

Working with facilitators to ensure a smooth start and end to any session

Development of creative learning materials to encourage comprehension

Support content curation, maintain and ownership of learning and change calendar

Securing space in all regions, working with local teams for catering and logistics

Prepare the room for all learning events

Supporting on learning technologies ie. Oracle Learn, Axonify and the updating of content in the systems

Regular reporting on training consumption

Monitor the CCL mail box and Yammer and respond to all learning queries

Design and create training material in collaboration with various business units

Provide support on all reporting dashboards and documentation of all change activities as required per project

Provide support in building business process flows and overviews for the appropriate audiences

Provide creative support to all presentation formats ie. Infographics, ppt, cheat sheets

Support in the creation and execution of Communications plans and activities

Coordination and logistics of all change and learning activities ie. Venue booking, calendar invites, attendee follow up and availability

Monitor and champion internal communication platforms (ie. Yammer/ Evolve)

Presenting and facilitating learning activities and learning events as required

Stay relevant on industry trends and learning technologies

Education/Certification and Continued

Education

Minimum “A” level or Graduate in any discipline

Years of Experience

1 to 2 years’ relevant experience

Experience withLearning Technologies

Retail industry or FMCG experience desirable

Knowledge and Skills

High level of interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking in front of people/ groups

Able towork well under pressure and manage multiple projects

Proven ability to work to stringent deadline and exceptional eye for detail

Excellent work ethic and time management

The ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple stakeholders

Proficient in English Language

Outstanding presentation and communication skills – excellent written and verbal communication

Experience in working with multiple communication channels, digital savviness

MS Office

Languages

English proficiency. Arabic would be an advantage.
